Delivery & Return Policy

After your payment is processed, your order will be packed carefully and sent to you through EMS (express mail service) which is a door to door service and will take between 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered to the address you give us.

No cancelation or refund after your payment is processed. Your package will be insured and we are responsible for it till you receive it safely. If any damage occurred to your merchandise due to shipping, we will send a replacement for free.

The shipping department in your country will try to deliver your package twice, if no one is at the address they will leave you a notice and you should go to the nearest post office to ask for it. If for some reason the package gets back to our store, and you are still interested in the products you have to pay the shipping cost again.
